Supplies You’ll Need:
Step 1: Turn Off Power and Water (if applicable)
If your bidet model includes an electrical function, switch it off and unplug it before cleaning. Also, shut off the water supply if necessary.
Step 2: Clean the Nozzle
Most Luxury Bidet models feature a self-cleaning nozzle, but you can extend its life by wiping it with a damp cloth or soft brush weekly. Avoid harsh scrubbing or strong chemicals.
Step 3: Wipe Down the Seat and Lid
Use mild soap and water to clean the seat and lid surfaces. Dry with a soft cloth to prevent mineral buildup or water stains.
Step 4: Inspect the Hose and Connections
Every few weeks, check the water hose, T-valve, and fittings for leaks or cracks. Tighten connections gently if needed.
Step 5: Clean the Filter (if applicable)
If your model has a water filter, remove it according to your user manual, rinse it gently, and reinstall. Replace filters every 6 months for optimal performance.
Step 6: Reconnect and Test
Once everything is dry and secure, restore power and water flow. Test the bidet functions to ensure smooth operation.
