Troubleshooting Tips

Issue 1: No Water Flow

Check that your water supply valve is fully open. Make sure the T-valve is installed correctly and not blocked by debris.

Issue 2: Weak Water Pressure

Inspect for any kinks in the hose or buildup in the nozzle. Clean the nozzle tip and ensure your home’s water pressure is stable.

Issue 3: Leaking at Connections

Turn off water, disconnect, and reapply Teflon tape to the threaded areas. Reconnect snugly (but do not overtighten).

Issue 4: Bidet Seat Not Aligning Properly

Release the quick-slide mount and re-center the seat on the bracket. Tighten screws evenly to secure alignment.

Issue 5: Electrical Features Not Working

Ensure the power plug is secure and your outlet is functional. If there’s still no response, reset the unit and check your breaker.
